Crisis Management Center (CMC) was established in Salmiya, Kuwait,  as a purpose-built training centre, specializing in safety training for the oil and gas and marine industries.

CMC is a leading Middle East specialist in providing world class Safety training to global and regional approved standards.

We investigate the science beneath the art of crisis response, vulnerability assessment, planning, training and simulations. We focus on research that matters to the practice, providing timely insights and applied intelligence that professionals can put to immediate use.  We do this through three kinds of research:

Research in Crisis Management, to guide and evaluate communications programs (in other words, planning research and measurement)

Research on Crisis, to understand what we do and how we do it (benchmarking and best practices)
