Using Crisis Management Center- or client-produced plans and procedures, agency professionals will conduct and/or oversee realistic simulations of crises that could affect the client organization. This helps ensure that:
Plans cover all likely contingencies.
Current employees are capable of effectively implementing them and have the necessary skill sets to respond effectively to unanticipated emergencies.
Plan elements and strategies that may have been appropriate at the time of plan creation are still viable and, if not, that they are updated appropriately.
Simulations can run the gamut from tabletop exercises to single-situation drills or multi-day exercises.
